The Walker Tavern complex in Brooklyn at the corner of U.S. 12 and M-50 is offering folks the chance to see how Halloween was celebrated in Victorian times.
Participants can decorate a pumpkin, bob for apples, listen to ghost stories and enjoy other Victorian activities.

I've been a bit crunched for time this week so I thought I would briefly highlight the Top Five posts at the All Things Michigan blog for this week.
If you stop by the Langley Covered Bridge near Centreville, Michigan right now it will look a bit different than this. It is currently undergoing renovations and the entire skeleton of the bridge is exposed. I hop to get over there this weekend and take some photos.
