Shipping Delays Due To Heat

We include cold packs with orders to keep items from melting, but sometimes the summer heat is just too much. When the temperatures are at or near 90, we wait to ship orders traveling outside of the Great Lakes region (Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio) until temperatures break. You can call and request 2-Day shipping and you will be charged the actual shipping rates instead of our Flat-Rate shipping.
