We feature "flat-rate" shipping available through UPS and the U.S. Postal Service. Packages sent to P.O. boxes must be sent through the U.S. Postal Service via Priority Mail. It is our discretion to decide whether to ship your order via UPS or the USPS.

Currently, we only ship to the United States. We charge a minimum of $8.95 per package. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are always made using Priority Mail. For Express or Overnight packages we will quote exact rates by phone at 1-888-800-1236.

For Example: - If you place your order on Monday before 5 p.m. it will ship Tuesday morning. If your order was placed after 5 p.m. we would see it in our system first thing Tuesday morning and your basket would ship on Wednesday morning.

Most orders arrive at their destinations within 3 Days (not counting Sundays) via USPS Priority Mail and baskets shipped via UPS generally arrive within 3-5 Business Days.

Due to Damage

Gift Basket returns due to damage must be made within 3 days of receipt. Please contact us by phone to inform us of the damage and to discuss your options.

Undamaged Gift Basket Returns

Returns for undamaged gift baskets must be made within 2 days of receipt. Please contact us by phone to make us aware that a gift basket is being returned. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the gift basket.

We strongly suggest that you use a shipping method that includes a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost returns. Do not mark a gift basket package as "refused" as there is no tracking available. If the basket is lost or damaged during its return using that (refused) method you will not receive a refund.

When returning a gift basket that was not damaged you will receive a refund of the purchase price of the gift basket less a 20% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping costs.
