It is easy and secure! We offer convenient and secure online ordering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Gift Baskets From Michigan LLC accepts American Express, Discover Card, Visa, and Mastercard.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, we do not. We ship via UPS and they will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you enter a P.O. box for the shipping address we will have to contact you for an address that UPS will deliver to. Entering a P.O. Box for the shipping address could cause a delay in your order.
Will the gift basket recipient see the invoice for my order?
No, we do not include a copy of your invoice with the gift basket/box.
Placing an order of 10 or more gift baskets?
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks (4-6 weeks during November and December) for shipment. We work hard to make sure we have the freshest inventory in our gift baskets and that means that we don't always have the necessary inventory on hand to ship out large orders as soon as they are placed. Also, if you place an order of that size online and they are shipping to one address there will be additional shipping charges as it takes more than one box to ship that number of gift baskets.
I didn't see a shipping notification or other order emails, what should I do?
Most likely it was caught in your email client's spam folder and we suggest that you check there first. You will automatically receive an order confirmation and we always send out a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Can I send a basket as a gift?
You bet! Just fill up your online shopping cart and ship gift baskets to multiple recipients all in one order! Any of our baskets can be sent to the recipient of your choice. Simply complete the "ship to" portion of the online order form, and tell us about any special gift or delivery options. If you would like, we will even include a personalized gift card.
Some of the items in my gift box/basket are different than advertised.
Sometimes in order to ship your order on time a substitution or two needs to take place. It is our policy that if we are out of some of the items that normally go in the gift box/basket that you ordered, we replace them with items of equal or greater cost.
Is it safe to order online?
Yes. Our online store system uses the latest encryption technology to protect your personal and financial information. Your online order form cannot be read by anyone except us. In addition, Gift Baskets From Michigan LLC does NOT share this information or use any third-party verification sources. Your E-mail address will also be kept strictly confidential.
What if I am not happy?
We go to great lengths to ensure that you are absolutely happy. However, sometimes no matter how much care goes into packing your gift basket for shipment - things break in the hands of shipping carriers. If that happens, call us and we will ship out a new gift basket at no charge.
