Ordering from Gift Baskets From Michigan: It is easy and secure! We offer convenient and secure online ordering, as well as phone, fax, and mail. Gift Baskets From Michigan LLC accepts Visa and Mastercard.
Placing an order of 10 or more gift baskets?: Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for shipment. We work hard to make sure we have the freshest inventory in our gift baskets and that means that we don't always have the necessary inventory on hand to ship out large orders as soon as they are placed. Also, if you place an order of that size online and they are shipping to one address there will be additional shipping charges as it takes more than one box to ship that number of gift baskets.
I didn't see a shipping notification or other order emails, what should I do?: Most likely it was caught in your email client's spam folder and we suggest that you check there first. You will automatically receive an order confirmation and we always send out a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?: Yes, we do. For orders totaling $500 or more, you will receive a discount off of the regular catalog or web price (not inclusive of Michigan sales tax or shipping). Is it possible to customize a basket?: We encourage it on any of our gift baskets that are over $30! Gift Baskets From Michigan specializes in offering Michigan products in baskets for any occasion. We also can custom make a crate to your specifications for holidays, birthdays, parties or special events. We would be happy to work with you and help create your special gift.
Can I send a basket as a gift?: You bet! Just fill up your online shopping cart and ship gift baskets to multiple recipients all in one order! Any of our baskets can be sent to the recipient of your choice. Simply complete the "ship to" portion of the online order form, and tell us about any special gift or delivery options. If you would like, we will even include a personalized gift card.
Is it safe to order online?: Yes. Our online store system uses the latest encryption technology to protect your personal and financial information. Your online order form cannot be read by anyone except us. In addition, Gift Baskets From Michigan LLC does NOT share this information or use any third-party verification sources. Your E-mail address will also be kept strictly confidential.
What if I am not happy?: We go to great lengths to ensure that you are absolutely happy. However, sometimes no matter how much care goes into packing your gift basket for shipment - things break in the hands of shipping carriers. If that happens, call us and we will ship out a new gift basket at no charge.; If you are still somehow not satisfied or you just have a question, please use our Customer Support request form.
