DeVos has all of these &quot;big&quot; ideas but no realistic way of making them work.  Shorting local government to please manufacturers is like robbing Peter to pay Paul.  In the end you are going to run out of folks to &quot;rob&quot; and end up sticking someone else (Michigan taxpayers) with the bill.</description>

		<description>Given that Granholm has a 9 point lead in the polls, you can expect DeVos to be another attack dog tonight. 

I will say that city mayors around the state are very concerned with the DeVos tax cut plan. The article in the Flint Journal says that his plan to cut property and business taxes will hurt localities who desperately depend on these funds to fund education and police forces. DeVos is ignoring the big picture.
