DeVos has all of these "big" ideas but no realistic way of making them work. Shorting local government to please manufacturers is like robbing Peter to pay Paul. I will say that city mayors around the state are very concerned with the DeVos tax cut plan. The article in the Flint Journal says that his plan to cut property and business taxes will hurt localities who desperately depend on these funds to fund education and police forces.
