Mackinac Island rated as a “Top Christmas Town”

A special airing December 7 at 8pm on HGTV lists Mackinac Island as Number 6 in their list of “Top Ten Christmas Towns.” The criteria for appearing in the top ten was that a town had to have a Christmas celebration that was unique. Mackinac Island certainly fits that bill with all of the horse-drawn sleighs and isolated quietness in a normally busy time of the year.
