Great ideas for a Michigan vacation this summer

In yesterday’s Detroit Free Press there is a plethora of things to do and places to visit this summer – and guess what?

They’re all in Michigan!

Yes, Michigan has tons to do (I’ve been trying to tell everyone that for years ) all year long, but you can’t beat the fun summer things to do. Our hundreds of ice cream shops and drive-ins are open, the Great Lakes of course, nearly 100 state parks to fish, camp and hike in, great festivals across the state every weekend, I could go on and on – but I’ll stop now.
