As a Bob Dylan and Jimi Hendrix fan, I love the title of this photo. It's a play on the Dylan song that Hendrix also covered "All Along The Watchtower."

Oh, and the photo is great too! I love the large chunks of ice clinging to the wooden pier in the morning light.
